Tiger Woods is already set to take a plea bargain in his case where he’s charged with driving under the influence. While he will reportedly be pleading guilty to reckless driving instead of DUI, a toxicology report obtained by the Palm Beach Post shows that the golf legend had five different drugs in his system the night he was arrested.

Woods had admitted to having prescriptions for various pain medications, and indeed, the report showed that he had taken hydrocodone (commonly known as Vicodin), hydromorphone (aka Dilaudid), alprazolam (Xanax), and zolpidem (Ambien). The fifth substance that showed up on the report was THC, the active ingredient found in marijuana. Woods was found asleep behind the wheel of a car with the engine running. Officers found that he was not steady on his feet. As part of his plea, Woods would have to to enter a DUI diversion program that provides treatment.

“Recently, I had been trying on my own to treat my back pain and a sleep disorder, including insomnia, but I realize now it was a mistake to do this without medical assistance,” Woods said in a statement Monday night. “I am continuing to work with my doctors, and they feel I’ve made significant progress. I remain grateful for the amazing support that I continue to receive and for the family and friends that are assisting me.”
